At krovekart, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction for our customers with our unique AI-designed t-shirts. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. Below, we outline our cancellation policy.

1. Order Cancellation by Customers

1.1 If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at krovekart@gmail.com as soon as possible. We offer a full refund if you cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

1.2 After the 24-hour window, your order will have entered our production process and cannot be cancelled. Our t-shirts are individually printed to order with our D2G printer, and we start the printing process promptly to ensure delivery within our 5-7 day shipping timeframe.

2. Order Cancellation by krovekart

2.1 In rare cases, we may have to cancel your order due to circumstances beyond our control, such as production limitations, issues with the payment process, or if we suspect the order to be fraudulent. We will notify you as soon as possible in such cases and provide a full refund in the same source account from the original  payment was made.

3. Refunds

3.1 Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be credited to the original method of payment.
