Exchange/Return/Refund

  1. You have a 7-day window from the date of receiving your order to either return or exchange products.
  2. For returns or exchanges, there is a fee of Rs. 50 per product, unless the received product is defective or incorrect, in which case there will be no charge.
  3. Upon requesting a return, we will organize a reverse pickup from the address where your delivery was made.
  4. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and must have all its original tags and packaging intact.
  5. Please note that online refunds do not cover shipping and COD charges.
  6. Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the returned product.
  7. If you made a Cash on Delivery (COD) order, the refunded amount will be credited to your bank account. If you made an online payment, the amount will be credited back to the card or account you used for the purchase.
  8. If you encounter any issues with the product, kindly include an unboxing video of the package along with your return request.
  9. Products sold in our Clearance Sale section are not eligible for returns or refunds.
